YOU FEEL LONELY, often getting stuck in your head. It's confusing when interactions feel so disconnected, and you start wondering if people truly see you. "Maybe I'm not good enough," your mind whispers. "Maybe there's something wrong with me…"Why does everything feel so hard? Do I belong here? Do I even deserve peace or ease?
These questions can echo loudly when life feels heavy. Many people want more joy and connection but don’t know where to begin. Patterns repeat, goals stall, and stagnation becomes an unwelcome guest. Even when we crave change, it’s hard to trust it will come. One of the hardest truths to sit with is: "I'm stuck, and without support." This inner conflict can leave us feeling hopeless, weary, and burnt out.But listen,Deep breath in…
and a long, slow breath out.Change is possible. Movement is inevitable. And this moment is not forever. You're capable. You always have been. What most of us need is simply a space to feel seen and heard by someone who understands. The strength you need is already there, your intuition knows it. And now it's time to claim it.
You’ve carried a lot on your own, and now you’re looking for a grounded place to understand what’s been weighing on you. This space is here to help you feel seen, heard, and more at home in yourself. If you’re ready for support that meets you where you are, you’ll find a gentle path forward here. If you are the Traveller, I am the Walking Stick—here to walk alongside you.
I support adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, trauma recovery (non-crisis), and blocks to self-expression. Sessions often blend mind–body connection, creative exploration, and practical tools to help you feel more informed and grounded. Here, you’ll find clear information about fees, scope, and what it’s like to work together.

I do this work because I know counselling creates space for powerful change. In times of struggle on my own journey, I was able to access inner strengths I never believed in, thanks to the people who supported me along the way. The truth is, having ONE person believe in us can drastically shape our lives for the better. I pursued my credentials and the designation of Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling - Provisional (MPCC-Provisional) with the CPCA (#0000), earning my Professional Counsellor Diploma at Rhodes Wellness College, a highly experiential program rooted in the framework of the Medicine Wheel: honouring equally the Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual aspects of Wellness. choosing this path solidified my belief that not everything is healed through the mind alone.
Our bodies hold the story that our young ones never had the option to verbalize.
Our emotions hold patterns from long ago, which can impact the heath of our hearts emotionally as well as physically (LINK TO HEARTMATH INSTITUTE).When wellness is viewed through the limited lens of thoughts, cognition and the mind, it can leave us stuck, wondering why we experience so much suffering that no amount of positive self-talk, affirmations, or cognitive restructuring seems to 'fix'; our hurts are held in many ways. What do my clients struggle with?
I work with people who struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, depression, life transitions, trauma patterns, self expression, and empowerment.WHAT THIS WORK CAN LOOKM LIKE/What it's like working with me
together we work through a head to heart approach: often utilizing CBT/DBT and other cognitive tools to identify core limiting beliefs that keep you stuck. Once a strong foundation of safety, connection and trust has been built, we then begin to explore the tension points inhibiting your wellness from other perspectives, such as emotionally or somatically. This is where we introduce body awareness, journalling, artwork, poetry, and other therapeutic techniques that cultivate deeper self understanding. My goal as a practitioner is to support the cultivation of what I like to call my ABCs: Awareness of self, others, and the world around you; Balance outside of and within oneself; and Compassionate Curiosity for your process.my worldview?
I know that change is possible. your mind is not the whole story, so don't believe everything you think. Movement is inevitable. And this moment is not forever. Seek out nature in times of stress, and let it show you that you are never truly alone.my valuesRead more about my approach and modalities in the Services section!

How Sessions Work
We take things at a pace your nervous system can handle. As you settle, your thoughts, emotions, and body start talking to each other again, and life gets a little clearer. Over time, you understand yourself better, trust your own signals, and feel more in control of your choices. We slow things down—not to get stuck, but to make room for your system to breathe. We pay attention to your thoughts, your emotions, and what your body is saying. That might mean noticing a tight chest, following a sudden image, or using art, writing, or movement when words feel small.I draw from somatic therapy, parts work, CBT/DBT tools, narrative therapy, and creative practices. You don’t need to know any of these terms; I guide you through everything. The goal is simple: help you feel more connected to yourself and more able to handle what life brings.
Modalities & Treatment Approaches I Use
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - CBT helps you notice the thought patterns that keep you looping in stress or self-doubt. When you can see a pattern clearly, you can interrupt it—and choose something more supportive instead.
Narrative Therapy - Narrative work treats the problem as something separate from who you are. By stepping back from old stories, you get the freedom to rewrite the ones that no longer fit.
Somatic Therapy - Somatic therapy helps your nervous system slow down, reset, and release what your body has been carrying. It reconnects your mind and body so they can work together again.
Internal Family Systems (IFS / Parts Work) - IFS helps you get to know the many Parts inside you—each with its own fears, needs, and strengths. When these Parts feel understood, self-compassion grows naturally.
Expressive Arts Therapy - Expressive arts invite you to explore feelings that don’t always have words. Through drawing, movement, writing, or any form of creative expression, you can release what’s been stuck and discover new freedom in how you relate to yourself.
Nature-Based Values - Nature is woven into this work as a quiet guide. Metaphor, visualization, simple outdoor practices, or nature-inspired reflections help you slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect to a deeper sense of presence.

Where Curiosity Meets CourageIt might be overwhelming to reach out right now. There is so much going on all the time. But YOU–you are important too. Your wellness is paramount. The time set here is for you, and day by day I’m here to be with you however you need to show up. I will hold you in compassion and walk with you on your unique path of self care so you can show up with clarity, calm, and presence for your self and those around you. When we are well tended to, our reality begins to shift from that of lack and stress, to a softer, calmer place of presence.
*This is your time. You ultimately have the choice of what happens with it. If you are here for change, I am here to meet you in that. Our starting point is a free, no obligation 20-minute call where we can get to know your needs, goals, and feel into whether this is the right fit for YOU.
I want you to feel good about this. I hope you feel relief when you take that step to reach out and it makes a difference to you. May we all find someone who truly helps us feel seen, heard, and understood.Reaching out can feel vulnerable, and this makes sense. Many of us carry beliefs around “not wanting to burden others," or we’ve gone a long time without anyone offering a truly safe space—maybe we’ve never had one at all. Choosing to reach out is significant, and it’s also one of the most meaningful acts of self-care we can offer ourselves. If you're feeling eager for change, the next step is simple. You’re welcome to book a free 20-minute meet & greet to get a sense of what working together might feel like. I’m here to support you at your pace, however that may look.
